How do I modify or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ascertain if this is possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been submitted, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order, with a lead time of 3-4 weeks to ensure the highest of quality. Some pieces may take longer if they require advanced techniques or innovative technology. If you need a more precise timeframe, feel free to Contact Us .
Do you offer bespoke services?
Absolutely. Consult our Bespoke Design page to learn more about how you can design your Incador creation with no limits to your creativity. While you lead the way, our team will be here every step of the journey to guide and support you in bringing your unique piece to life.
Please note that customised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
We primarily ship within in the UK, but are happy to explore international shipping upon request. As a small independent brand, we handle each order with care - so if you are interested in delivery abroad, please Contact Us and we will do our best to assist you.
For UK orders, we ship via Royal Mail. For international shipments, we typically use FedEx to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Do Incador creations come with a certificate of authenticity?
When you purchase an Incador creation, it will come with a certificate of authenticity. If you wish to return or exchange your creation, it is mandatory to include this certificate.
